The following is a new policy for QPEC that should be welcomed by every non-profit group in Queens. Like all policies it can change with time and use and those groups using QPEC can provide the input needed to refine this and other programs at QPEC that will make it a more valuable asset to the community.
Now it only remains for the public to take advantage of the opportunities the new policy creates.
